Pasture Genetics is the research, breeding, screening and
evaluation unit of Seed Distributors. The company sources
material locally and from many overseas breeding houses in a wide range of forage crops. The aim of Pasture Genetics is to evaluate the diverse range of materials supplied by the various breeding houses and also conduct its own research. Pasture Genetics staff have identified a number of techniques to improve production and profitability for Australian farmers.
